Decent service, minor glitches

Signed up for Quo primarily for the Business SMS and Contact Management features. They work as advertised, which is good. The setup was fairly simple, and I appreciate the range of integrations like Zapier. However, the Desktop App occasionally lags a bit when switching between conversations, which can be a minor annoyance. Customer service was helpful when I asked about porting a number. For the price, and with the annual discount, it's a good solution, but that little lag could use some attention.

Good system, works well

Signed up for Quo Business Phone System. It was easy to get started. The calls and texts come through fine on my mobile app. No major issues so far. It's doing what I needed it to do for my small business.

Great value, annual savings

I was looking for a new phone system and Quo popped up. The 7-day free trial was good to test it out. I ended up going with the annual billing to save around 15%, which was a big plus for my budget. The Virtual Phone Number and Team Messaging have been really useful for the price. It felt like a solid investment.

Still reliable after a year

I've been using Quo (back when it was OpenPhone) for over a year now. This latest renewal was as smooth as the first time. I rely on the Call Recording and Voicemail to Text features daily. The service has been consistently reliable. I had one small issue with an international call last month, but it cleared up quickly. It's why I keep coming back; it just works without much fuss.

Easy to use, happy with it

Needed a better way to handle business calls and texts for my side gig. Quo popped up so I gave it a try. The mobile app is super easy to use, even for someone not techy like me. Got a Local Phone Number and set up some auto-replies. It's been pretty smooth sailing. Glad I made the switch; it makes things much less stressful.

Thinking about using this for my small team. Can we all share one business number, or does everyone need their own?

T Tara 1 month ago
Yep, you can definitely share one number. That's one of the main features, everyone gets calls and texts to it.

My team shares a main number and it works great. The shared inbox for texts is awesome for that.

Is Quo actually good for international calls? I have clients all over the place.

F Faith Torres 2 months ago
I use it for calls to the UK and Australia pretty regularly and haven't had any problems. Sound quality's been solid.

It works internationally, but you'd want to check their rates for specific countries. Some are super cheap, others not so much, afaik.

How legit is the AI transcription and call summary feature? Is it actually useful or just a gimmick?

A Amber Okafor 2 months ago
It's surprisingly useful! The call summaries save me so much time trying to remember details from calls, especially if I have to share notes with a coworker.

I was skeptical but the AI transcription is pretty accurate for most of my calls. Helps a lot with follow-ups and remembering action items. Not perfect, but good enough.

Can I use my existing business number with Quo or do I have to get a new one?

M Mia Marsh 1 month ago
You can definitely port your old number over. I did it with mine, was pretty straightforward. Took a few days but no issues.

Yeah, they have a 7-day free trial. I used it to test everything out before signing up.

Definitely. Just go to their site and you can sign up for the trial pretty easily without giving them a credit card right away, if I remember correctly.
